Thank you for choosing Wora ("Wora," "the App," "we," "our," or "us"), an AI-powered accountability app designed to help people build healthier habits, starting with hydration. Wora is a product developed and operated by Convasio Studios.

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading, accessing, or using the Wora mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will revise the Effective Date and, where required by applicable law, notify you through the App, our website, or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after any updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Wora. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Wora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

2. Licence and User Responsibilities

Wora is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Provide accurate information where required.
• Not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by law.
• Not interfere with the security, performance, or operation of the App.
• Not use the App to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities, including attempting to falsify or circumvent AI-based drink verification.
• Not use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the App, inflate streaks, points, or leaderboard standing.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to Wora.

3. App Features

Wora is an AI-powered hydration and habit-building application designed to help you build lasting healthy routines through accountability, not just tracking.

Depending on your version of the App, features may include:

• Smart onboarding and personalised daily hydration goals.
• Time-based hydration reminders, with the camera opening at reminder time so you can log a drink with a photo.
• AI-assisted drink verification — a photo you take is analysed using AI (including third-party AI vision models) to help confirm that a logged drink is genuine, rather than relying on a simple tap.
• Progress history, streaks, achievements, and statistics.
• Support for different daily water goals and glass sizes.
• Social features, including a friends activity feed, emoji reactions, leaderboards, and challenges.
• A points, badges, and streak-reward system ("Wora Points").
• Educational wellness content.
• Cloud synchronisation across supported devices.

Features may change, be added, or removed as Wora evolves, and not all features are guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

4. AI Drink Verification and Photo Content

• When you use AI-assisted verification, the photo you capture is processed to help determine whether it depicts a drinking action or container consistent with your log entry. This is an automated, best-effort check intended to support your own honesty and accountability — it is not a guarantee of accuracy and may occasionally approve or reject a photo incorrectly.
• Photos are processed for the purpose of verification and, where you enable social or history features, may be stored so you and, if you choose to share them, your friends can view your activity.
• Do not submit photos that contain other identifiable people without their consent, sensitive personal information, or content that violates Section 7 (Community Conduct).
• We do not use verification photos to perform facial recognition or biometric identification, and we do not sell your photos to third parties.

5. Accounts and Data Synchronisation

You may use certain features of Wora without creating an account. However, some functionality, including cloud synchronisation, backup, and social features, requires signing in using a supported authentication provider such as Google or Apple.

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to Wora, including hydration records and photos.

By using cloud features, you authorise us to securely process, store, hash, and synchronise your data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the services.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit, secure storage, and hashing of sensitive authentication data where applicable. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. For details on what we collect and how it is used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Social Features and Leaderboards

Wora includes optional social features (friends feed, reactions, leaderboards, and challenges) that let you share hydration activity, streaks, and achievements with other users you connect with.

• Content you share via social features (including photos, reactions, and challenge activity) may be visible to your connected friends or, for public leaderboards and challenges, to other participants.
• You are responsible for the content you share and must ensure it complies with Section 7.
• You can control certain visibility settings within the App; however, once content has been viewed or shared by another user, we cannot guarantee its removal from their device or memory.
• Wora Points, badges, streaks, and leaderboard rankings have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be reset, adjusted, or removed at our discretion, including to correct errors or address suspected abuse.

7. Community Conduct

When using social features, you agree not to post or share content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Misleading, fraudulent, or intended to manipulate streaks, points, or verification.
• Infringing on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We may remove content, revoke access to social features, or suspend accounts that violate this section, at our reasonable discretion.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain premium features of Wora are available through a paid subscription.

• Subscription pricing is displayed in the App prior to purchase and may vary by country, region, or currency. As of the Effective Date, our standard annual plan is priced at £34.99/year (or the equivalent in your local currency), with a monthly option also available; exact current pricing is always shown at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to that platform's billing terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Subscription management, including localisation, introductory offers, free trials, and receipt validation, may be facilitated by our third-party subscription provider (currently RevenueCat), acting on our behalf.
• We do not process or store your payment card details directly; these are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Wora, including its name, branding, logos, mascot designs, illustrations, software, content, AI models, icons, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. All such rights are owned by or licensed to us.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted only the limited licence described in Section 2.

By submitting content through social features (such as photos or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content within the App solely to operate the features you have chosen to use. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has already been shared with other users or retained as required by law.

10. No Advertisements

Wora does not display third-party advertisements or sell advertising space within the App. Our business model is based on premium subscriptions rather than advertising.

11. Health Disclaimer

Wora is intended to support healthy hydration habits and general wellness. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Hydration goals, reminders, AI verification results, and any other AI-generated or educational content are provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your individual hydration needs or any medical concerns, particularly if you have a condition affecting fluid intake.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of AI verification or content, or error-free operation.

13. Third-Party Services

Wora integrates with third-party services, which may include authentication providers, payment and subscription processors, AI vision providers, analytics platforms, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wora and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including damages related to reliance on AI verification results or social feature content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Wora during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Wora if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse the App, including attempting to falsify AI verification or manipulate points, streaks, or leaderboards.
• Your use creates security or legal risks.
• We discontinue part or all of the service.

You may stop using Wora at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling any active subscription through your App Store or Google Play account.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you reside.

17. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded Wora from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following, which apply in addition to the other sections of these Terms:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any claim that the App or your possession or use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You agree to comply with any applicable third-party agreements when using the App (for example, your wireless data service agreement).
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you.

18. Google Play Additional Terms

If you downloaded Wora from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Google Play's applicable policies.
